Both used the Sibelius CD's we were given. I can't seem to figure out what has changed between the two machines. We have one test MacBook which Sibelius installed and activated through the license server with no issue. I can see the active Sibelius sessions in the 'clients' tab on the Sibelius 7.5 License Server Control Panel, while the activation window is opened. I select the license server then login as admin to make changes which then Sibelius exits. However, using a network cable, Sibelius picks up the license server automatically. Then the activation window appears again asking how I would like to activate as mentioned before. I get prompted to login as admin to make changes. When I'm given the option to activate, use the 30 day trial or specify a license server which I choose. Wirelessly, I can ping our license server from the mac, connect to a network share but Sibelius cannot detect the license server. I'm trying to activate Sibelius 7.5.1 on our Student BYOD Macs and I'm having some trouble.
